How terrible. Every loss is soo unexpected and leaves us with an empty spot. Your daughter was sooo young. My 5 year old son had H1N1 in June. He was sick for 2 and a half weeks with a fever and then he coughed for 3 weeks after that. This flu is not as Mild as some would like to have us believe… Thanks for sharing Rosanna and reminding all of us, how terrible this flu can be.. And how it is taking more younger people than it is the elderly. The MEDIA is soo quick to say we see like 30,000 deaths yearly from flu alone, but they dont tell you that almost all of those are the elderly… aged 65 and up. This H1n1 is killing a much younger population, and people need to be aware of it.
